How to build muscle & lose fat at the same time . When it comes to eating, I eat the bad Carbs which are Type 1 and 2 at the right time. They can be your friend and help improve your body composition further by increasing your muscle mass and lowering body fat. However, it only helps if you are insulin sensitive and training right . I am living proof of this method alongside with other top performers and athletes worldwide. Those who strategically know when to take their carbs and know what’s the right type of carbs to be taken can achieve this . P.S. Never once I’ve calculated my calories or macros and restrict my eating too. I never do any steady state cardio and my training time is kept relatively short (never longer than an hour and 15 mins per session) but it’s intense and heavy. Most people who tried it the first time gets a headache or even puke . I choose the right food and eat accordingly to how my body feels. This is my way of calling it a true “high-level” way of eating which goes beyond the mainstream and common “low-level” way of mainstream diet plans which is just based on calories and macros . If you want to rise to the highest level of physical mastery and most importantly sustain it life-long while ensuring optimal health and peak performance, don’t just restrict your mindset on calories in vs calories out. That’s for young people who brag about getting 6 abs on fast-food or junk diets which anybody can easily achieve too but we all know logically it’s not good for health and you will never achieve peak performance eating like that.
